COVID Cancellaton and Refund Policy

Updated 10/7/20

Yes! The pools at Paradise Village at Zion, Ocotillo Springs, Vida Sol, and Sage Creek at Moab are open.

The COVID-19 pandemic is ever-changing, and we recognize many of you have concerns about travel plans. The state of Utah is widely in the green or yellow phase, with Salt Lake City remaining in orange. Washington County, where all our St. George homes are located, is a 'yellow' county with low risk as identified by the state. The social guidelines recommend the general public takes reasonable precaution, groups may gather with 50 or fewer people, and that pools can be open.

We still do ask people to use common sense and follow recommeded CDC guidelines including social distancing.

As this pertains to your reservation, we are currently upholding our standard cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is dependent upon where you booked. Please inquire with our travel planners for more information.

At this time, we are not answering questions about "what if". Our policy will remain the same until changes are made by the state. Should you choose to book now, you will be held to the standard cancellation policy seeing as you booked aware of COVID-19 and the potential travel risks. Should you have a reservation in place and have travel concerns, please note that if you booked after March 14th, you will be held to the standard cancellation policy as well (Airbnb & VRBO's COVID-19 policies only cover reservations made before March 14th). If you booked after March 14th, the general understanding is that you were aware of COVID-19 and the potential travel risks it may pose to you. Should you have booked before March 14th and have a reservation currently in place, please contact our travel planners.

We will continually update our website when policies do change.
