Cancellation Policy

For bookings made on the Utah's Best website or by calling in directly, you have an extended cancellation policy if you purchased our Reservation Guarantee. With the reservation guarantee, you will be eligible for rescheduling options as well as a refund if you cancel within a fixed window. 

Bookings made without a Reservation Guarantee are not eligible for a refund unless you cancel within 24 hours of booking.

 Your cancellation policy if you purchased the Reservation Guarantee:

- Cancellations made at least 45 or more days from arrival are eligible for a full refund minus the cost of the reservation guarantee.
- Cancellations made between 44 - 21 days from arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 21 days from arrival are non-refundable but reschedulable once only.

 No refunds or rescheduling without the Reservation Guarantee.

Any 3rd party cancellation policies for bookings made on VRBO, Airbnb, or Booking.com overrule policies stated above.

For rescheduling, if there is a price increase on the new desired dates, guests will have to pay the difference. All changes are subject to availability.
