Cancellation Policy

For bookings made directly with UBVR: 

- Cancellations made at least 45 or more days from arrival are eligible for a full refund.

- Cancellations made between 44 - 21 days from arrival are eligible for a 50% refund. 

- Cancellations made less than 21 days from arrival are non-refundable.

Any 3rd party cancellation policies for bookings made on VRBO/HomeAway, Airbnb, or Booking.com overrule policies stated above.

Any changes made to your reservation are subject to a Trip Change Fee of $100. If there is a price increase on the new desired dates, guests will have to pay the difference. All changes are subject to availability.
