Q. How many points will I earn for each stay with Utah's Best?
A. The number of points earned is dependent upon the total value of your stay with each dollar spent equating to 1 point. For example, if your total stay was $3599, then you will earn 3599 points.
Q. My Current Reservation is not on my portal. When will it be added?
A. Your Current reservation will take about 24-48 hours to sync with our system, so your current reservation will be added to your Login Portal after that time.
Q. How long do reward points and my tier status last?
A. Your reward points will be available to redeem for prizes or discounts off your stay for 5 years. After those 5 years those points will reset to zero and any points not redeemed will be lost. This is the same for your tier status. You can build your tier status and have access to the perks for your status for 5 years, after those 5 years your tier status will reset back to the "Basic" level.
Q. Is Explore Utah Loyalty Program Free?
A. Yes, this program is completely free. We even offer a sign-up bonus of 250 points! We will never charge you for having a loyalty account. We hope to use this platform as a way to incentivize you and your group to stay with us again; with perks, redeemable points to use for deals on your stay and gift cards for eateries and activity venues nearby!
Q. Is there a limit to the number of friends and family I can refer and earn point for?
A. The limit to the number of friends and family you can earn points for is 20 referrals! That would also get you up to 5000 points and earn you Gold status just by referring people! We believe that if you are helping us out by referring our company to that many people you deserve to be a gold member with us!
Q. When will I see the points earned for my stay?
A. You will receive your points the day after you check out, those points will then be available to redeem after that time.
Q. Do I get to choose the reward I want?
A. Yes of course! You will have some options to choose from our list of deals and gift cards in exchange for your redeemed points!
