On the border of Cottonwood Heights, this home is just 5 miles to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon to enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding at Solitude, Brighton, Alta, and Snowbird ski and summer resorts. There is convenient freeway access just 5 minutes away for an easy drive to downtown Salt Lake for conventions at Salt Palace Convention Center.
In addition to this home, there is an adjoining 3 bedroom home next door (no interior connecting door) that can also be rented together or separate. When renting both homes together, you can accommodate 22 people. If you need space for even more people, you have the option of renting 9 total homes in this private community. Contact us for availability and to make arrangements. Renting all the homes together makes for a perfect home base for a family reunion or family gathering for any special occasion, family vacation, 50th wedding anniversary celebration, or a group ski vacation.
This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
