You'll love this private park-side location walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to freeway to downtown Salt Lake. Available year round.

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
