This is a beautiful place very close to two of the best national parks, Arches and Canyon lands.

Private, clean, spacious place to lay our heads while we explored Moab. While there are a lot of check out instructions compared to most Airbnbs, the beds were extremely comfortable, they were well-stocked with toiletries and towels, and the house was extremely clean. There's also a nice view of the mountains from the back!

We had a great stay here and would definitely stay again. Just south of Moab, great location for Moab (easy parking), and driving to the National Parks and local hikes (Hidden Valley Trail was right by us, and so amazing!!). The home was comfy, clean and spacious with a dishwasher and washer dryer. Although close to the highway, the noise did not bother me at all. You can hear the traffic when sitting on the patio but at night the house was completely sound proof (which is important for me). The views from the patios are great too, we enjoyed the rocking chairs and large patio with sun and shade. Communication was excellent. The propane on the BBQ ran out and they had Jose the maintenance guy replace it the next day.
Not as new/updated as other places we stayed in on our trip, but for us that is not an issue. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Beautiful home with all the listed amenities! Great for a family and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Location is on the outskirts of Moab but still close to all the trails! We all enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. I would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again the next time we come back!

They were willing to accommodate me and my family in an emergency situation which was greatly appreciated. Annie was on the phone with me, getting the higher ups to help me. She was very sweet and pleasant.
Once we got to the property, there were a couple of things that needed to be cleaned up and they immediately sent the cleaning crew. Jose and his crew may be the nicest people I've ever met. Considering my situation, he was willing to help me by taking me places to get food for my family and fix the car issues that left us stranded in Moab.
Although, the overall experience of going to Moab turned into a nightmare, Jose and Utah's best helped us tremendously to make it positive.

Everything was just as stated in the write up. It was a perfect location for my husband and I and two other couples to spend a few days in Moab. It was nice to have a place where we each could have our own private bedroom and bathroom. The owners were very communicative, and check-in was very simple. Highly recommend it.

My family of 4 adults had a very pleasant stay here. The accomodations were comfortable and the location was very easy to get in and out of. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Overall I would likely stay here again.

This unit worked perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had plenty of space! The unit is within a 15 minute drive to Arches NP and centrally located for the 45 min drive to Canyonlands NP as well.

Unit had a couple of items not working correctly. The door handle did not work on bedroom patio door, and the couch would not recline on one end. One bedroom upstairs did not have a T.V.

Everything was as advertised and we had a great stay, wish the weather was a little better but we still were able to see all the parks. Cooked almost every meal there and never needed anything else to prepare our food. Great townhouse!

This nice house has a great location for Arches and Canyonlands parks, and is a perfect fit for three couples. Very good mattresses and pillows, and the southwestern decor and outdoor backyard area give it a special touch. It will be the top of our list for the next time in Moab!

Location was a bit outside of Moab, which gave us a pretty quiet location...a little highway noise, but not too bad. The condo was nice - plenty of kitchen supplies- even if we only made breakfast at the condo. Well decorated to make it feel cozy, lots of local information, which we used to find would be nice to know which restaurants are actually worth visiting...we went to some that weren't too good...but our condo and stay was awesome! Definitely fans of this vacation spot and rental company! Will only give positive feedback to anyone who asks.

This was a very good location for our trip to Arches National Park. We had plenty of room and the house had a nice layout to it. Our only issues was it is located near main route into and out of Moab so there was a lot of road noise when sitting outside. The noise was not a problem when we were inside.

Large, comfortable, modern southwest style townhome. Has 3 separate bedrooms with 3 baths. Very comfortable for 2-3 couples. Near downtown and the parks. Home was well equipped for any length stay. Property management needs to be much more responsive. Communication was lacking. Check out process was not clear, it seems that they wanted us to wash their towels before we checked out. There was no mention of this in the listing.

The condo is located in a quiet one-street community of southwestern-style condo units that's about 15 minutes from "downtown" Moab. The place was well-suited for my guests and me in which each of us had a private room and bathroom. Consequently, it would be a great place for three couples. The condo was very clean and for those who plan to cook it had everything necessary to cook meals. It has wifi as well as other amenities such as Dish TV and DVD players. I would recommend this place without any reservations to anybody.

This was a great home to stay at on our visit to Moab. The property was clean and the management company was very responsive when I had questions. The 3 master bedrooms each with their own bathrooms was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. For the price, it was a VERY comfortable place to stay. We would highly reccommend!
