I was in town for work (along with 4 colleagues) and this house was IDEAL for our group of 5. Everyone had a private bedroom AND a bathroom. The rest of the house was spacious and everyone could have privacy or congregate together.
We didn’t utilize the pool but the back patio was lovely and quiet and backs a greenbelt. The kitchen was fantastic and having a washer/dryer was amazing. I’d love to stay here again and explore more of the area.

Wonderful property with great amenities, close to the best that St. George has to offer. Multiple king rooms with baths make it perfect for a large group. Hosts are responsive and available after hours with dedicated phone support. I highly recommend this property and plan to return!

The house is beautiful and had all the things we needed to make this our temporary home away from home. The pool and games were amazing for the kids! The hosts were great and left out instructions for everything and a book with recommendations for activities and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The view of the red rocks was spectacular

Very comfortable house with everything you’d ever need. Comfortable stay with a huge family or group of 20 or less. Rooms and beds are massive with their own private bathrooms and two out in the common areas! Would definitely come back and stay another time.

The house was beautiful and the pool was fun, we were in the pool basically our whole stay! I loved that each room had their own bathroom, so nice for each couple to have their own. The extra fold out couch was broken, so that guest had to sleep on the couch because the broken pull out was uncomfortable. The waterfall feature did not work so that was a bit of a bummer for the kiddos, but overall it was a very fun weekend. We would absolutely consider getting this place again.

We enjoyed our stay. My husband has back issues so the beds were a little tricky. He's very particular. The fountain to the pool didn't work and the pool water was pretty warm. Aside from that, it was a great place to stay!

There was plenty of room for our family of 14. The rooms were beautiful and nicely decorated. A couple of things that could be improved. One of the guitars for the Wii didn't work and the water pressure for the showers was terrible. What's the point of a huge shower if only one person can use it. Overall it was a great vacation home and we definitely would go back to this house. The Wii not working wasn't a big deal, but the water pressure issue could definitely would be a huge improvement. I get trying to slow the flow on the water, but for the amount you pay you should be able to take a shower with your wife. :)

The best things: the kids LOVED the pool (grateful for the pool cover when the pool wasn’t being used—gave us peace of mind with the toddlers), ping pong table in garage. Not as great: the place hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, had to call property management who were very quick to get cleaners there, but we had to wait for 2 hours to have it cleaned (it was super clean though when we came back to the house and they quickly refunded part of the cleaning fee); wish it had more space to store food—one cupboard was locked and couldn’t use); didn’t receive door code to get in until I called them 2 hours before check in; the listing says there are 4 King beds, but one of them is a Queen. We were still very happy with our stay and would stay at this house again. Had a great time!

Perfect family getaway spot. The private pool was perfect in the backyard. The outdoor space made for fun cozy evenings. It’s perfectly placed to get to the pool and quick access to the Pickleball courts.
There are lots of beds and TVs, the home was super clean and well decorated.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The pool and hot tub were the top “favorite” and the house was gorgeous and well equipped. The location and back drop of red rock was wonderful to see each morning and night as well. 10/10 would recommend!

Over all it was a great time with family in a wonderful home. Just a few suggestions. One more soap , and trash bags. Also propane tank was empty and had to run out on the first night so we were able to grill. , they did replace it the next morning, so good in that. But I’m out 30$ and inconvenient. Other than that we had a wonderful time thanks for sharing your property with us.

This townhome was an awesome place to stay with a large number of adults and children. Each bedroom has an en-suite and the bunk room had full sized beds. Our children were in the water the entire time between the private pool and community pool. Also, this home has a ton of activities to keep the whole family entertained in the house itself and also in the community club house. Usually in air bnbs we’re limited on bath towels and swim towels but this place came fully stocked for a house full of people! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house and the pool was fabulous. They were not very clear on how to turn the heat on for the hot tub (the white box is inside the house). We spent a long time trying to figure that out looking at every white box we could find near the pool. Maybe this will save you the headache we experienced. But, we would definitely book again. We all loved it!!

Loved the location and private pool/hot tub! Plenty of space for all 12 in our party. Living room is smaller than it appears In the photos and the kitchen was dubbed a two person kitchen by our crew. The dining area was plenty large and the outdoor space with fire pit was a favorite of everyone! Refrigerator was too small for a group of 12 for one week, but we had a cooler we kept outside for drinks and it worked out. Overall a great space, very clean and met our needs very well!

This beautiful house was a dream to stay at. From the start of reserving the house to the end with checkout the entire process was an easy smooth one. We had three families stay together at this house and we all agreed it was so perfect it should become an annual tradition. The private pool was life changing in the best way possible!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful and spacious unit. Well situated and private as the units on either side were empty when we went. We were less than 10 minutes away from the Tuachan where we watched The Count of Monte Cristo, which was amazing! The only negative point was the unit had not been cleaned by 4 pm when we arrived. We actually met the cleaning inspector at the door who was calling for the cleaners. After they arrived we waited about two and a half hours for them to finish. Once we were able to access the unit, it had been expertly cleaned and looked, felt, and smelled fresh. The rooms were large and spacious. Five rooms had large beds, huge TVs, and personal bathrooms. One room (with the bunk beds) used the hall bathroom. The pool area was very nice, we spent most of our time out in the pool. It would have been nice for instructions on how to work the pool temperature control, but we eventually figured it out and were able to enjoy swimming day or night. Unit 64 fit our large group very comfortably and our stay was excellent. We're already making plans to go back!

Beautiful condo and great location in Santa Clara! Harmons grocery store, gas, and some restaurants are just a few blocks away. It's close to Snow Canyon and some great hikes. It has a great clubhouse and pool across the street, and the condos private pool was awesome as well. The condo is stocked with everything we needed. The ice machine in the fridge was slow for our large group, so I would recommend buying some if you have a big group. The AC would amazing in the 114 degree weather we had! It slept our group of 15 adults and teenagers in beds and in one pullout couch bed in the upstairs family room, one teenager slept on the couch, and we brought blow up mattresses to sleep the 4 smaller kids on. Over all this was a awesome place for our family reunion of 20 people!

This place was so nice! We had three families with 8 kids including babies, and it was very accommodating! The pool is a little smaller than expected but did the job! I would maybe recommend bringing swim shoes for the kids. Alot of the kids had scratches on their feet because the bottom of the pool, but nothing horrible! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!!

This home was so beautiful, sparkling clean, and much bigger than I expected! It was so nice to have each room have their bathroom! We had three families and kiddos and we all had enough space and privacy! The pool and hot tub were incredible and it was so nice to be be able to jump over to the community pool for a few hours each day. There was a harmons a few minutes away and plenty of restaurants will deliver through doordash to the house. Most nights we grilled out and enjoyed the beautiful view from the patio! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the st George area!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ivins, Utah. Ur was a new home & there was construction going on all around us. My famiyhad an amazing time swimming in both the private pool & the community pool across the street. One problem every family in the party experienced was getting sick. We were there 2 days and by the time we got home at least 2 members of each family were sick with fevers coughs, sore throats, and rashes. We attributed this to the pools. The pools weren’t very clean. Fun but not clean. It was beautiful & fun. Thank you for the stay.

Thanks Emily but we can assure you the pools are maintained to the highest levels possible with our certified pool operator who balances the water chemistry before each arriving guest, and teh HOA of the resort community specifically manages their protocols for the resort pool very strictly. We of course are looking into this claim as our cleaning team work extremely hard to disinfect after each departure and we are looking into the steps taken prior to arrival. This home is a rare find and few homes offer anything close to the amount of amenities this does.
