You also have the option to rent a 3rd house #50 next door for 3 total homes all in one location to accommodate larger groups - it's the perfect lodging solution for family reunions and groups visiting southern Utah.

House #51 has 3 bedrooms and house #52 has 5 bedrooms each with their own private full bathroom. There are 2 family rooms and a full kitchen with dining table and bar seating for 12 in each home. The back patios are covered with a pergola, offer patio dining seating with BBQ and relaxing hot tubs. Enjoy both patios together when you rent this property.

Game changer.

Our family wanted to have a destination Thanksgiving weekend together. There are 28 of us so we rented two townhouses together. One of which had its own pool/hot tub. The other one had a hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Everything was clean, spacious and so well stocked. It really was a game changer for us and family get togethers. It was a good central location for everyone to get to. Lots of fun things to do. The kids spent hours in the pool. Thank you. It was great!

Fantastic family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family gathering and these 2 adjoining units were the perfect venue. We had family arriving from across the U.S. and everyone was so impressed with the amenities available, the gorgeous pool, and the cleanliness of the units. Both units are very well-stocked with everything you need for a large group. We had one small maintenance issue and the staff responded rapidly and it was corrected. The resort is close to so many attractions for all ages and everything we needed was nearby. Our family would definitely stay here again in the future.
