5 stars, will definitely be coming back. We loved the proximity to the pool. I would recommend bringing your own swim towels, since the ones they provided were tiny.

One of those places that looks a lot nicer in person than in picture. They were very responsive when I had any issues. I had a problem with the garbage disposal and they promptly sent someone to come and fix it. Beautiful area and loved all the amenities.

We had to travel to St. George for the funeral of a family member. The home we stayed in was such a peaceful and relaxing place to come to after long emotionally draining days. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to sleep very well in them. The kitchen was well equipped easy to use. It seems like they thought of everything we might need. The host communicated clearly and any time we reached out to them, they responded within a minute or two. We definitely recommend them.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Paradise Village. The kids loved their time at the pool, and the adults loved spending time in the evenings in the hot tub. Our one disappointment: we were counting on the pull-out sofa in the living room and were surprised to discover that the owners had switched out the LR furniture for a regular, non-sleeper sofa.

This home was perfect! We have a big, young family of 7 and this house was the perfect fit. Wide, open layout and a huge kitchen with plenty of seating (indoors and outdoors) accommodated us easily. We were just steps from the Pool/Clubhouse, easy access to grocery and fast food, hiking and bike trails. Utahs Best made the entire process- from booking to checkout- so easy and their communication was the best! Highly, HIGHLY recommend and we'll absolutely be back!

This house is spacious, clean, and beautiful! The neighborhood is super fun with the kids water park and lazy river. The drive to St. George for lots of food options is just 15-20 minutes, and Zion is about an hour away! We highly recommend!!

The house was perfect for what we needed. The kids loved the pools and the water slides and we loved that they were all in walking distance. The only complaint I had was when we went to use the pull out bed, the mattress cover was dirty with food and there was food under the couch. We would stay here again! They were great to answer our questions we had and quick to take care of us .

The floor plan was great for 3 families, groups of 2. The bunk room was designed around kids visiting however worked ok for mother/daughter. Great room was large, great for hanging out. Surprised that tv’s didn’t have internet for Utube, only cable.

Reviewer Comments: We went to three homes for the 33 of us for a family reunion and the homes were fabulous spacious super clean and so smoothly to check in and to check out. The kitchens were well supplied the garage on a couple of them had ping-pong tables in there and some fun things to do so the grandkids were out in the garage a lot of the times. The two different pool areas were crazy wonderful in 40° weather they were still swimming and even swim at night in the snow we could not have had a better time. Also hiking 10-15 minutes away was so fun will definitely be coming back again!!

I took my family to Paradise Village and stayed in this home for a family break, we loved it. Pool was heated and only a short distance from the house. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed. We saved some much money by booking this home then if we had stayed at a hotel. Had we stayed at a hotel we would not have been able to cook our own meals and would have had to eat out, which would have cost us hundreds. Having a fully stocked kitchen in the house is a huge money saver for my family.

We stayed her for a baseball tournament. This was our first time renting from you , so I can't compare . But it was sooo much better than a hotel!! We felt nervous to use dishes because they were all glass. We had little kids and so we didn't use anything very much. We were told that the pool would be ready for us when we came and it wasn't . So that was disappointing . I was just wondering if we could have used the 4 wheeler? I had in my mind there would be things to do around us but at least we had a nice place. We loved the place! Loved the beds!! Loved the space and board games that were there.Baseball tournament

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Village with Utah's Best Vacation Rentals. This is a very fun place to stay with a family. The pool area is perfect for kids of all ages. They have a fun slide, that I even saw a few adults tryout. The home we stayed in was very nice and spacious and clean. It could sleep a lot of people or it fit our family of eight perfectly. My kids had fun riding their bikes around the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this to any of our friends. Thank you Utah's Best Vacation Rentals.

This home exceeding our expectations and was a perfect retreat after adventurous days hiking, biking, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of southern Utah. The home is very spacious, tastefully decorated, and especially CLEAN. We felt we had walked into a brand new home that had just been staged for an open house... in a good way! The large kitchen and living room were great and we were pleasantly surprised to find many essentials such as utensils, cookware, and hygiene products provided. The neighborhood is quite, nice views and feels secluded though still very close. There is an awesome grocery store "Harmons" in walking distance which was a huge plus. The location was perfect and a very easy commute to all of our excursions - Zion, Grand Canyon North Rim, Snow Canyon, Fort Pierce (on 4wheelers!), and so many great restaurants. Thanks for the dvd selection, walking sticks, and delicious cookies! We have to come back because we never got around to play on the ping pong table ;) We would HIGHLY recommend this rental to others considering!

Everything as advertised! Owners were VERY responsive through email, and text. House was beautiful, stocked with board games, plenty of DVD's, and even video games. My kids absolutely loved the pool. There's even a little slide, and a wading area for little ones. Best feature was by far was all the sleeping space, and the quality of the beds! Brand new Harmons grocery store within walking distance with everything you need to throw a successful BBQ (we did) using the large patio and natural gas grill. We will be making this place an annual trip for the next foreseeable future!

Paul you were fantastic guests and we appreciate your comments and feedback about the lights. The pool area actually has overhead lighting and should have been auto-operated at dusk. We will figure out what happened. Great feedback on the linens and bed comfort. We work hard with our owners to provide very comfortable, hotel-quality linen and beds.
