What a wonderful experience. House was super clean inside and outside the property. Everything you can possibly need is included. Area is so quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to the Grapevine trail head from the home for a nice morning hike. No issues at all during the stay. Home and Utah's Best staff far exceeded expectations.

The pool was small but the kids had a great time. The hot tub was clean although we didn’t use it to much. I wish the rooms had some kind of blackout curtains. You get woken up by the sun at 6am.. so that was a downer. Other than that, great house!

We never found the dumpsters ?? so our garbage piled up, since the previous renters garbage was already in the bins. We also only had 3 packs of laundry soap provided; with being required to wash two loads of towels at checkout, we needed more for our 5 day stay and 9 people.

This place was easy to get to, clean well Stocked and enough space for everyone. It was so nice having the hot tub on site! We didn’t get a chance to use all of the fun things in the house but loved it as an option! There’s a foosball table, ping pong, xbox and a giant game board in the bunk room! Not to mention the fire pit outside! It was a great stay!

Great Townhouse! Very comfortable, all the amenities you could ask for. Comfortable beds!!! Hot tub and community pool were wonderful for the hot days and chilly nights. Came to ride mountain bikes, loved having the garage to keep them in when not in use. Only complaint no hot pads had to use the small kitchen towel which is not ideal.

Our family stayed here as a base for Zion. Everything was great and the setup is perfect for families. Neighbors can get a little loud if outside as the properties are close together. Only issue we had was the hot tub was foggy and dirty. Owner sent tech out shortly after a message was sent. Tons of places to eat. I would recommend staying here, very nice.

The location is great, near the freeway and close to all required shops, Zion np is just 40 mins away. Private hot tub is a great addition too. We had two kids, both of them enjoyed the stay.

This property was great. It was clean and had fun extras for the kids to play with. The location was close to st. george and not far from Zion national park. Check-in process was easy and simple. The place was amazing! We loved the home sooo much! The layout for the townhome was so different but it was everything that we needed and we loved it! It’s the type of layout that we would want in our home! The shower was excellent! The bedroom/bed was very spacious! And it had a beautiful fire area, the pool was excellent! The only thing I would change is the location of the garbage can. The garage smelt like garbage especially with the St. George weather.

We stayed for a full week. We enjoyed a well provisioned kitchen, brand new washer and dryer.. everything at the house was quality. Full garage with opener was awesome! We used the condo as a home base for mountain biking in the region. Being in the Washington area was actually quite central to the whole area, st George, Hurricane, LaVerkin. We will stay there again when we come to the area.

We just spent a week in this condo. It was me, my husband, 2 adult daughters and my teenage son. We used it as our home base and traveled to Zion everyday (about 35 minute drive). It was brand new, impeccably clean, and had a very nicely equipped kitchen.....including a griddle and waffle maker. The check in system was easy and they have a book that gives property details which was very helpful. We used the pool each day after hiking and my son played Xbox each night. I would highly recommend this property due to the cleanliness which is super important to me. This place was about as close to being home as you can get. Very comfortable sectionals to relax and watch tv and comfortable beds/bedding for sleeping. Great price too,

We needed a home base for a family wedding, and it turned out to be a much better pick than we realized. We fell in love with Washington City. The Old Town is small but very cool - especially ice cream at The Red Barn. We even walked on the trail to Black Bear Diner. And only a few miles to Costo, Best Buy, In-N-Out, and other restaurants. The home was brand new and so clean. Everything was top notch. We swam in the swimming pool more than we expected and we really loved having our own fenced, quiet, safe and secluded backyard and hot tub. We had no idea so many fun things to do were so close. My boys won't stop talking about their favorite part of the trip: The Grip ninja training center. Most of our trip was spent with family - we wished we had more time to explore the other spots we learned were nearby - like the community center, Staheli Farm, trails, lakes, rivers, sand dunes, golf, Brigham's Playhouse, and ATV options. We will definitely be back.
