Located at Ocotillo Springs Resort #31 in Santa Clara, Utah this home is a window to the dramatic red mountain landscapes which created state and national parks like Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. Only minutes to Tuacahn Broadway Theater and Kayenta Art Village.

Ocotillo Springs Resort includes a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, water slide, clubhouse and pickle ball courts. This five bedroom, six bathroom home is a resort unto itself. It features a private swimming pool, hot tub spa, and fire pit, and the best lot and location in the development. Perhaps the best feature is the unobstructed northern views, which feel so close you can touch them. Expansive windows bring the red mountains inside, truly elevating the experience. Or even better, sitting on the shaded balcony provides a panorama unequaled in the area.

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

**Note about the Construction noise: The development across the street to the north outside of Ocotillo Resort is currently under construction. Please plan accordingly with construction noise. No refunds or cancellations will be given for this inconvenience, as it is out of our control.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying here. The property was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The attention to detail really made me feel at home – from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed and thoughtful touches like fresh towels and toiletries. The location was perfect, close to Snow Canyon, yet still in a quiet, relaxing area. Communication with the host was easy and fast, and they provided great local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for an unforgettable stay.

Excellent!!!!

We were impressed from the start ! Looked exactly like the photos ! It’s a gorgeous property with beautiful views, we loved every moment we were there !! We were there for our wedding weekend and we have already decided to have subsequent vacations here . Safe neighborhood, stores nearby , very clean , hot tub wasn’t working properly at first but maintenance fixed it the following morning . Property management was very responsive.

Pool House

Perfect little getaway spot. Bedrooms were large as were the bathrooms. The private pool was very nice to have as well as access to the larger community pool. We loved our stay and will look to stay again next year!

Fun in the Sun

This was a great house for a large family gathering. They are truly set up for it. The location was excellent and the facilities very accommodating. We loved the pool in the backyard as well as at the clubhouse. We had a few minor issues that we were addressed on the spot by the property management company. All in all, a great experience.

Family Week

We love this property. The location is amazing and having access to the large pool and private pool was perfect. The house is a great size. We were a smaller group but look forward to future dates bringing more people.

Great rental in a great location!

Great property stacked with everything you will need! Clean and the team was responsive. Close to hikes and food places! Beautiful views. The pool was such a great temp we could stay in there for hours. Don’t plan on lap swimming, but it is like the size of a swim spa. :)

Winter relief

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The heated pool and spa were not heated when we arrived but within the hour they had a technician ( Mitch who was awesome ) come and set them up. The unit was awesome clean and huge Comfortable beds topped off the experience. Would definitely be a return customer.
