2050 NORTH SLOPE RD, Coalville

This is a heavily wooded sloped property. It borders Forest Service Road 058 and backs up against the national forest property. It is about 3 miles east of Mirror Lake Highway near Bear River Lodge. The property is on a slope but there are flat spots on the property. It is going to require excavation work to build a driveway and a buildable area.
