I really enjoy staying in this vacation home community. Unlike other rentals, they don't require extensive exit cleaning which is a huge plus. Everything is nice and in working order. If you have a problem, they respond very quickly. The pools and hot tubs are clean and easy to access. I have stayed here 3 times and am planning my next trip!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! Plenty of rooms and beds, and very comfortable for a big group. Large main living and kitchen area for the whole group to be together. Plenty of seating for everyone. It was clean and lovely. The pool is so fun for all ages. Great experience and we would stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. After two cold days of baseball, it was so nice to come back to the house and sit in the hot tub and by the outdoor fire. Everything was very comfortable, spacious and location was perfect.

Absoutley beautiful and comfortable home! The rooms were spacious and the home furnishings were great for a large group The beds and bedding were so comfy. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The private pool was a huge hit. We travel and stay in Airbnb homes quite a bit - this home is Definetly in my top 3 favorites

We spent Thanksgiving here and loved every minute. The home worked so well for our family, grandchildren included. Love that each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and several amazing balconies and patios. Home is literally steps from one of the pools. Communication with UBVR was always friendly and prompt. Wonderful property in a great neighborhood, we’ll be back!

If you’re looking for a kid friendly spacious house for your event, this is the place!!! My family had a gathering this past weekend and the kids had so much fun. There were games outside, inside the house and even in the garage. We didn’t need to try to keep the kids busy because this house came with everything!! We loved this and will definitely be back. Also, customer service is amazing. I got all my questions answered on the same day and they went above and beyond to make this weekend special!! Thank you UBVR!!

We booked a last minute trip with a group of friends and this spot was perfect! Amazing views, we hopped between the cold pool and the hot tub, and the interior was spacious and clean. Pickleball court next door was a plus! Highly recommend.
