We loved this airbnb! The whole backyard is such a vibe. We loved the hot tube. The community pool is so nice as well and the pickleball courts were a blast. The location was beautiful and loved having Harmons, roxberry, beans and brews so close! Definitely recommend ??

Had a wonderful stay! House was just as described and comfortable to spend the week in.
Great sturdy furniture and beautiful decor.
The only thing I wish would have been stated more clearly would have been the location of the pool. We would have liked to have more sun on the pool deck.

The heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit were amazing! Would have been disappointed if we only had to rely on the community pool that was cold and the hot tub broken. Pickleball courts were nice but wish there were more as they were often crowded. But our house was amazing and we loved it.

The rooms were generously sized, the layout encouraged people to gather, and the amenities were just right! The pool and spa were perfect for gathering later in the day after an amazing hike. Cornhole while waiting for dinner and sitting around the fire pit after dinner. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for a get together with dear friends. Can't wait to come back to this reasonably priced gem!

Home was super clean and well stocked, and check in was easy. We loved that everything was sized perfectly for a big group, from the bedrooms, the couches for watching a movie, dinning room seating etc. The private pool, spa, and fire pit made hanging out in backyard a blast while we barbecued and played corn hole. This location is perfect for seeing plays at Tuacahn, and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Everyone loved it, and we would stay here again for sure!

Reviewer Comments: We came to Utah for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship and decided this would be the best location to base ourselves as we had our children with us. We were not disappointed! The property was amazing. So spacious, modern and clean. A real home from home. The location was spot on and we were able to venture into Snow Canyon and also go to the Tuacahn Amphitheater all of which were minutes away. There is a really good supermarket within 5mins drive and St George was maybe a 15 min car journey. We have been so blown away by our whole experience that we will definitely look to return and without a doubt would recommend Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals as we would 100% use them again.

We had a great time with about 20 friends relaxing by the pool listening to music and bqqing and playing cornhole! Loved the close access the the pickleball courts and the neighborhood and view of the red rocks! Definitely would stay here again!

Very nice home, fire-pit did not work which was a bummer. The home is well furnished and well taken care of. We spent a pretty penny staying there for 5 nights over a holiday weekend and only thing was, check out is pretty early at 11 Am, which when you spend that type of money you hope you will get some extra time to get your things together.
Overall, the house was really nice and the pool was a nice temperature the entire time.

Just notify us if something is not working and our full-time maintenance team will address it while your staying so you can enjoy all the home has to offer. Check-out has to be at 11 am for all our homes because we often have same-day check-ins and we have very limited time to clean, inspect, and do all the work necessary to turn the home quick enough. We loved having you be our very first guest at this incredible brand new poolhouse Nathan! You were so wonderful. This home we are so excited to unveil to the Airbnb world and think it is one of the nicest in all of southern Utah for the price and amazing value you get here (including the option to also rent the connecting 3br home next door to sleep 10 additional people and then open the rollaway gate between both backyards to have entire backyard oasis with 2 hot tubs, private pool and a side yard cornhole game court).
