What are guest services?
Renting a vacation home may be new for many travelers. We want to make your stay more like your home away from home. We offer many additional services that allow you to enhance your stay and enjoy it to its fullest such as: discount ski passes, ski/board equipment, ground transportation, groceries, catered meals, in-home spa treatments, or have your home decorated for a special holiday or occasion. Celebrating a birthday or anniversary?...order one of our amenity packages to make it more memorable. Whatever the request, there is NO reason your stay shouldn't be a home away from home.

How does it work?
So, your lodging is taken care of, now what? Once you've made your reservation, you will be contacted by a UBVR guest services representative to plan your stay. We will arrange your rental car at discounts not offered to the public, ski passes, food, entertainment, and even spoil you with massages, passes to see new, exciting places, and more. Just take your pick and look forward to your vacation!

Is It Affordable?
Yes! In fact, you save even more money on your vacation food, attractions, transportation, and entertainment than you would at a hotel by taking advantage of our services because UBVR has built special relationships with local vendors who offer special discounts and deals exclusively to our guests.

How To Order?
There are a few simple ways you can order. If you know what services you desire when reserving your vacation home, simply inform your reservations representative and it will be added to your reservation. If not sure, check out our menu of services below or simply tell your UBVR guest services representative what you want when they contact you, or call (801) 747-0218.

What To Expect?
FUN memories in Utah! With lodging, transportation, food, entertainment, and excitement all take care of, you can now relax and look forward to your Utah vacation! If you've ordered a package, ski or attraction passes, they will be in the home when you arrive. If you have rented a discount car, it will be awaiting your arrival at the SLC airport. If you wanted the home decorated for Christmas or other special occasion, you will have to arrive and see what awaits you! For pickup of ski/board equipment rentals, you will need to stop in at the equipment location you chose, get fitted, get your discount and hit the slopes. For everything else, just call and request.
