Who We Are
Utah's Best Vacation Rentals is a local family-owned company headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT. We rent dozens of affordable luxury vacation homes, condos, cabins and lodges by owner year round, properties located in the most popular areas in downtown Park City, downtown and greater Salt Lake, and near all major ski resorts in Utah.

Because we own our properties and operate with just a small staff, we are able to offer the most competitive rates, saving you lots of money on lodging and travel. We also offer unique guest services unlike any other lodging supplier such as discount rental cars, ski equipment rentals, ski passes, in-home massage, grocery delivery, catering, and child care. Since 2008, we have become one of the fastest growing local lodging companies in Utah. We like to think it's due to our affordability, service, and quality of homes. Our Story
Utah's Best Vacation Rentals was founded in 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah by Malissa Winget. Mrs. Winget's love for people, combined with her real estate expertise, and her desire to provide affordable housing, were the motivating factors for its founding.

We are family owned and operated. We offer affordable and luxury vacation properties throughout Utah with many options to choose from, with more being acquired frequently. Mrs. Winget and her staff work hard to accommodate the growing demand for vacation housing. We are committed to sound business practices, providing value at a fair rate, and complete customer satisfaction.  Mrs. Winget has brought together a highly qualified team to ensure satisfaction. Staff includes professionals with backgrounds in hospitality, real estate, marketing, travel, concierge, property management, and customer service.

What Our Properties Include:
Deluxe furnishings, bedding, linens, kitchen and cookware and basic supplies, vacuum, mop, basic cleaning supplies, hot tub (select homes), toilet paper, bar soap for 2-4 uses, paper towels, hand soap, iron, ironing board, special amenities such as home theater, game room, home gym, incredible views (select properties).
