Filming at a UBVR Property

UBVR allows a limited amount of commercial filming or photography at or on our luxury properties.

To be considered, we require:


  1. Four weeks notice prior to filming.

  2. The completion of a Filming Request Form.

  3. Proof of Liability Insurance with UBVR named as an additional insured for at least $1 million.

  4. Proof of Worker's Compensation insurance.

  5. A location fee ranging from $500-$5,000 per day.
