You have the option of renting the connecting houses together with this home to accommodate larger groups - it's the perfect lodging solution for family reunions and groups visiting southern Utah. This gorgeous home has 3 beautiful rooms upstairs, each with their own ensuite bathrooms with showers. The open concept family room on the main level has a comfortable sectional sofa and TV. it opens to the kitchen and dining room so you can all be together and enjoy each other's company. The upstairs small family room loft area has a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping and a large TV. You will love the master bedroom with a beautiful king bed and private balcony with two chairs and a pergola covering. We absolutely loved the place! It had everything we expected and more! The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms had nice soap and shampoo in them. The whole place was clean and very comfortable. The backyard connects two separate units, so that would be a great option for an extended family that needs more space. We loved the amenities - personal Hot Tub in the backyard plus the community pool & hot tub! We also used the ping pong table and the pickle ball courts too.
The house was clean & orderly with everything we needed in the kitchen. My kids loved the triple bunk & I liked having space to spread out.

Great place great for family

This is uber affordable for a family, they provide information for local markets and food etc. They have a few of these units so their maintenance team was close by when the door lock battery went dead. They were right there. They also knew that the garage opener and pool keys were not there from the prior renter. So we didn't have to stress about it. I would stay there again..next time I want a unit with a pool!
